Campsite Information
|

|
All sites are
treed, grassy and fairly level.
There are shady, creekside sites and
sunny, meadow-like sites. All sites
have drinking water, 15/30 amp electricity, and a sewer/waste water
drain. Most of the sites are fairly
wide and slide-out friendly.
The tenting area
is very shady and the sites are close to the washrooms. The pathway to the washrooms is lit at
night to make late night trips easier if you can’t find your flashlight.

Camper’s Cabin
|
|
|
This cozy cabin
is located on site #9. It has one single bed and a cot-size bunk, varnished
hardwood floor, two windows with blinds, wall hooks, a small countertop,
alarm clock, electrical outlet and electric heat.
The cabin is approximately
7’ x 7’ and is located on a shady site with a picnic table and a fire
pit. Small but warm, comfortable and
affordable. It sleeps 2 people
comfortably. Pets are welcome. Allergies? The cabin is thoroughly cleaned and the
mattress covers are changed after each stay.
Linens are
not included. You can rent an
Overnight Kit (sleeping bag, pillow, towel, soap) or you bring your
own. Please let us know when you
make your reservation.
No smoking inside the cabin or on the
deck. Check out time is 11am.

Discovery Cabin
|
|
|
Designed as
two separate cabins under one roof, the Discovery Cabin has two bedrooms
each with a private entrance, a private hot tub, walk-in shower, large sun
deck, barbecue, breezeways for your sports equipment, and lawn with fire
pit and picnic table.
Each bedroom
has a bathroom, hair blower, mini-fridge, coffee maker, kettle, mugs,
plates, cutlery, microwave, bathrobes and slippers. One bedroom is wheelchair accessible and
features a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Soft, eco-friendly bamboo sheets are used
on the beds. There is no kitchen but you are welcome to use the barbecue or
cook over a campfire (subject to bans).
Sleeps a
maximum of 4 people. Pets are
welcome. Allergies? All fabrics are changed and the cabin is
thoroughly cleaned after each pet’s stay.
Smoking is
not permitted inside the cabin or outside on the deck,
and housekeeping service is not provided during your stay.

For requests of a specific campsite, side-by-side
sites, etc. Fee is charged only if
the request is honoured.

Parking Stalls
|
|
|
One vehicle is
permitted at each site. Parking
stalls are available nearby for extra vehicles or while you are away on a
boating, kayaking or hiking trip.

Various sizes
of mountain bikes available for rent.
Rental includes helmet, lock, and key.

Snorkel Set Rentals
|
|
|
Various sizes of snorkel kits available
for rent; includes fins, snorkel, mask and carrying bag.

Late Check-In
|
|
|
The office
hours are 9am – 7pm. Check-ins after
7pm are subject to a Late Check-In Fee. Please let us know if you plan to arrive
after 7pm so we can staff accordingly.

Late Check-Out

Check-out
time is 11am. For a small fee, and
subject to availability, you may extend your check-out time to 3pm.
